LC Artisan and Vendor Market Application 2025

Thank you for applying to be a vendor. Submitting this application is the first step to being a vendor. When accepted, you will be emailed a link to pay for your chosen booth size (second step). When payment is complete, you are a vendor and will receive further updates via email from FOLC (Friends of Lynden Christian). Requested Booth Size (NOTE: Booth spaces are limited and assigned per the event committee. Booths may not all be square but remain the same square feet. Vendors may reserve up to three (3) booth spaces.)(required)

Setup times: Setup is tentatively scheduled for Friday, April 25, from 5:00-9:00 pm and Saturday, April 26, from 7:00-7:45 am. Because school is in session on Friday until 3:15 pm, the soonest we are able to allow vendors to set up is 5:00 pm.

Agreement/Indemnity:
I will participate in the Artisan and Vendor Market, April 26th, 2025, at Lynden Christian High School. I agree to have my merchandise set up by 7:45 am on Saturday and will keep my booth set up until take down begins after 3:00 pm on Saturday. I also understand that fees are non-refundable after booth space has been confirmed and paid. Our host, FOLC and Lynden Christian School, will not be held responsible for personal injury or property damage, theft, or any other accidents, injuries, or incidents on or around the premises. By returning this application to be a vendor at The LC Artisan & Vendor Market, and signing below, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOLC and Lynden Christian School from any loss, damage, injury, or any other claim arising about, on, or within the premises denoted as the Lynden Christian School.
