I earned my degree in English from the University of Washington in 2024. Following graduation, I worked with the Whatcom County Library System in Deming, Washington, where I deepened my passion for connecting students with meaningful literature. In 2025, I joined the faculty at Lynden Christian Schools and feel honored to be part of such a vibrant and supportive community. Outside of school, I serve as the Media Director and a youth group leader at Life Church Bellingham, working with both middle and high school students.
I believe reading is both a vital resource and a bridge—it opens minds, builds empathy, and prepares students for life beyond the classroom. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help students grow through the power of stories and shared learning.
