Please take a moment to watch as Scott and Ellen Korthuis share their thoughts on Lynden Christian School and why they’ve chosen to support LC with their time, talents, and treasure over the years:

November 2023:

We are filled with gratitude for the Lord’s provision and excitement for what is ahead. I love this time of year as we pause to celebrate the birth of our Savior, and also look forward in eager anticipation of what is to come.

2 Corinthians 9:8 declares that “God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” I’m so thankful for how the Lord continues to use Lynden Christian to be a shining light in our community. With His guidance, we work diligently to live out our mission of “educating young people so that they may grow into perceptive and caring Christians who have a transforming influence in the world.”

This month we begin our year-end giving campaign. Our theme this year is “Growing our Vision through Generosity.” This campaign is about strengthening our commitment to our mission and vision as we continue to move Lynden Christian forward. Our dedication to faith-based education remains at the core of our mission and partnership with Christian families and the church. It is the essence of what we do here at LC.

Your gift will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day student experience here at Lynden Christian as we provide tuition assistance to worthy families who desire a Christian education for their children. We will also be raising money for campus improvement projects including safety and security and parking and traffic. And finally, we will designate a portion of the funds to address unexpected needs that may arise over the coming months here at LC.
