I am a Para Educator at the Middle School (High School though for the 2024-2025 school year).  My husband, Ken, teaches the Middle and High School bands.  We also have a young son that attends LC.

I graduated from Ripon Christian Schools in California and then went on to graduate from CSU-Sacramento with a BS Degree in Biology.  I worked for almost thirty years in Laboratory Medicine, ending my career working for a hospital in Redding, CA in 2022.  I was also working on my Early Childhood Education degree before having my son.  I almost finished…maybe someday.

We attend First CRC in Lynden and am part of the music team, singing with Ken and playing piano for services.  I also work with the Pre-K Children’s Church class on a rotation.  I love making greeting cards and someday hope to go camping again (lost the trailer in the 2021 flood).  We also love to travel to CA to spend time with my family as often as we can.

I love helping the students realize their potential and help them to grow up to be awesome humans!  I am thankful to God for giving me this opportunity to support those who need a little extra help.
