It has always been a dream of mine to work at Lynden Christian Elementary School! I fell in love with a school that made it its mission to partner with parents and churches and shape a student’s mind, heart, and actions.   

I was born in Yuma, Arizona, but moved to Canada when I was four years old. I am a dual citizen. I met my husband in 2016 and moved back to the USA after getting married in 2018. We have a beautiful, blended family with three kids: Tessa and Kash reside in Anacortes and come hang with us every weekend, and our son, Knox, who attends the Spanish Immersion program at LC and loves it! I feel so blessed to be part of the LC community as a parent and more recently as a staff member.   

I also love our Valley Church family in Nooksack, where our family has attended since 2022. When we are not participating in church events we love to hang out at home and play games or go outside and enjoy God’s creation. It is an honor and a privilege to serve the LC community. It really does feel like God has called us to be here and this is where we belong.
