I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern College in Mathematics and Elementary Education. I also have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from California State University, Los Angeles. I began my career at Valley Christian Middle School in Southern California teaching 7th-grade Mathematics. I’ve been teaching Algebra and Geometry at Lynden Christian High School since 2010 and consider it a joy and privilege to help students learn and understand mathematics and help them see God’s mathematical order in creation.
My husband, Dr. Kevin Kaemingk, and I grew up in Lynden and were excited about the opportunity to be a part of the Lynden community again after spending 20 years in California. We’ve been blessed with 3 children, Kelsey (married to Jeffrey Bentum), Clayton, and Colin. We are members of First Reformed Church in Lynden.
