I grew up in Lynden, WA, and graduated from Lynden High School in 2019. After high school, I was eager for a new adventure, so I moved to Seattle and attended Seattle Pacific University, where I earned my BA in K-8 Education in June 2024.  

After much reflection and prayer, I decided to return to Lynden to find a teaching job. In my search the Lord led me to LC and their Spanish Immersion program, where I have been working since 2024. Being Mexican American, I am proud and grateful for the chance to give back to the community of Lynden that has supported me throughout the years. I am also excited to share my love for the Spanish language and the incredible opportunities that come with being bilingual. 

My greatest hope is not just to educate students but also to support them in their walk the Lord. I want to strive in helping them develop a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father and show them how amazing life can be when we surrender our lives to Him. 

I attend Amor Viviente Church in Lynden, and in my free time, I enjoy reading, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest on hikes, and spending time with my family and friends.
