A little about myself: I was raised in Lynden and graduated from LC then from George Fox University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology/Social Work. I have worked as a case-manager with youth in foster care and adults with mental illness.  My husband Dale, sons Luke and Tysen, and I attend Nooksack Valley Reformed Church.  In my spare time, I enjoy attending my son’s sporting events; spending time with friends, family, and our dog; shopping; and all learning. What I love about being a para educator is spending time with the students and coming alongside them to help them develop their full potential.  My strengths are empathy, developer, adaptability, context, and consistency.
