For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
I graduated from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas in 1975. In 1979, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College and did post graduate work at Idaho State University in 1981. I have completed Level 1 (2002), Level 2 (2003) and Level 3 (2006) training with the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) and am now a certified educational therapist. I worked eight years as a classroom teacher and have been an educational therapist at LC since 2002.
My mission in the LCS Discovery Program (NILD) is to help students to overcome their particular learning difficulties through the powerful tools provided through our Discovery program. This is a redemptive work that can only be accomplished with the work of the Holy Spirit to enable the child to succeed. It is this combination of techniques and God’s work that gives this program its effectiveness. Each child has a God instilled potential and it is my privilege to be a part of this awesome work.
In 1979, Larry and I were married. We have two grown sons, Stephen and Christopher. We attend Cornwall Church. I serve as an administraive leader at Bible Study Fellowship. I enjoy reading and biking in my free time.
