I attended Lynden Christian Pre K-12 and I graduated in 2015. I went on to graduate from Dordt University with a Bachelors in K-12 Physical Education, a health minor, and a coaching endorsement. After moving back to Lynden, I started coaching both basketball and volleyball at LC. I began working at LC in 2020, teaching 6th grade for three years, before moving to Middle School PE in 2023. I love so many things about LC and the community, including having the opportunity to dive deeper into the Word with the kids, encouraging them to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and always shining their lights for Him. My husband Kyle & I are members at First Reformed Church. In 2023 we welcomed our daughter Emersyn into the world and could not love our little family more. We love all things sports and attending various events; we also love spending time with family and friends.
