I graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a BA in Sociology in 2000 and from Trinity Western University (TWU) with an MA in Counseling Psychology in 2006.  Between that time and when I started at LC in 2019, my husband and I started a family, a church and a business. I have been teaching at TWU as part time faculty since 2012.

I live on the southside of Bellingham with my husband and three energetic kids, Montana, Amos, and Silas.  I enjoy being outside, spending time with friends and good coffee. I am passionate about giving care and building community and I thrive on gathering people together for a common purpose.
