After graduating from Lynden Christian in 1991, I attended Calvin College in Michigan. I graduated with an education degree and taught 4th, 6th and 7th graders in Rehoboth, New Mexico. In 1998, I moved back to Lynden to be closer to family. I worked as an secretary/admin assistant before staying home with my daughter when she was young. While I loved teaching, I also really enjoy being a secretary and working in the office. Now I am thankful to be able to work with middle school students and offer support to our teachers and administrators and parents.

My husband, Jeff (also an LC grad), works in the dairy industry. We were blessed with our daughter, Jaedyn, who is currently attending LC. We are members of a Third CRC. I enjoy enjoy camping, reading, and just being with family and friends.
