“. . . that their hearts may be encouraged, having been knit together in love, and attaining to all the wealth that comes from the full assurance of understanding, resulting in a true knowledge of God’s mystery, that is, Christ Himself, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.”
I started teaching at Evergreen in 2007. I love being a part of the ECS/LCS community. The more time I spend with students, the more I realize that God has awesome things planned for their lives. He has given each of them skills and abilities that they can use to glorify Him and bless others. My goal is that students would know Jesus better as a result of what they learn in the classroom. It is a privilege to see students responding to God’s truth with deeper understanding, wonder and joy.
C.S. Lewis, George MacDonald and J.I. Packer are three of my favorite writers. Guitar, church history and classical education are three of my favorite topics.
My wife, Jasmine, and I have three children. We enjoy riding bikes, reading books and singing songs together. We attend Sunrise Baptist Church.
