If you would like to access your student's information on-line, please print and return this simple K12 Access PDF form to the school and we will issue to you secure usernames and passwords for you and your student(s) along with information on how to access and use the K12Planet.com website.

When you request a username and password you receive a parent account for each student you have at the high school. You also receive one student account for each of your children. The parent accounts look like this:

Student List: Albert Van Davisma

The student form lists the student's name first and does not include the "Student List" at the bottom. Parents can combine all their accounts onto one account so you can log in only once to view all of your students. Follow the directions on the Quick Reference Card that was sent home with your account information, under "Creating a Family Account (Parents Only)" section.

The data is refreshed each day a 4 pm. Teachers may not post information daily. They may wait until Friday to post the current weeks data to the server.
