Lynden Christian School is committed to the education, growth and development of each student. Part of that responsibility is to foster and create a school environment rich in spiritual growth, opportunity and healing. The high school employs a counselor, Mr. Josh Vander Wiele, spiritual life coordinator, Mrs. Shelly Hendricks, and a career and academic counselor, Mrs. Karen Houseman. The elementary and middle schools each have a part-time counselor, Mrs. Tammelyn Boersma and Mrs. Kim Wiley. The school has a solid framework of support available. LCS is blessed to have staff dedicated to the mental and spiritual health of our students.
