1. Forms to be submitted

1. Application: Parents are to complete and submit a "Student Application" form for each child. A $30 per student, non-refundable application fee is to be attached.

2. Preschool-Kindergarten Preference: Parents are to complete and submit a "Preschool-Kindergarten Preference" form for each child.
3. Medical Record Requirements: Before your child enters school, the "Certificate of Immunization Status" and the "Medical Information" forms must be completed.
4. Family Information: Before your child enters school, you must complete a "Family Information" form.
5. Special Instructions: If applicable, a "Special Instructions" form should be completed.

2. Criteria for Acceptance
Applications will be approved based upon the following, in priority order:

1. Families who currently have children in our preschool will have priority when moving from Pre-3 to Pre-4.
2. Current families or staff of Lynden Christian Schools will have priority over new families entering our preschool.
3. New families will be given priority according to the date the application is received. Applications are accepted starting January 1st.

3. Other Information

1. Class Sizes: Maximum of 9 students per teacher, 27 students per session.
2. Preschool 3 year-old Program: Two half-days a week.
3. Preschool 4 year-old Program: Three half-days a week.
4. Age Requirement: Preschool students must be 3 years of age before September 1 for the Pre-3 class and 4 years of age before September 1 for the Pre-4 class.
5. Transportation: Busing at the discretion of the driver is available for Pre-4 students who have an older sibling attending Lynden Christian Schools.
