The mission of Lynden Christian School is to be an effective instrument of God. Together with Christian parents and the church, we seek to educate and encourage students to grow and develop into perceptive and caring Christians who will be a transforming influence in the world.

Centered on Christ

First and foremost, Lynden Christian School places Jesus Christ at the center of our philosophy, purpose and programs. Our academic and co-curricular programs recognize one true God as revealed in the Bible.

A Family Focus

Lynden Christian School holds to the conviction that Christian education is the responsibility of parents, partnering with church and school. The schoolÕs authority originates from the Christian home, and our governing Board consists of parents who profess and promote Christian values and beliefs.

Unity of Believers

Our student body represents 80 churches in our region. As a requirement for admission, at least one parent must claim Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. As a school community, we focus on the essentials of the Christian faith, seeking to include all families who desire to raise their children in the Lord.
